Based on my experience and hence in my opinion,

Growing up=earning money

Earning money=knowing the value of hard work

Knowing the value of hard work= Appreciating what people do for you, even the smallest things like opening doors for you. trust me on this! teachers with a high and heavy pile of books to carry, always appreciate others who open staff room doors for them.

Appreciating what people do for you= Saying thank you and sorry sincerely. Also appreciating the breakfast ur mum always never fail to make for you every morning.

Saying thank you and sorry= being more empathetic and sympathetic to other people and their feelings

Being more emphathetic and sympathetic= realising that the world does not revolve around you and u know what goes on around you. conscious of world happenings

Knowing what goes on around you= you start taking positive actions for things that happen around you

Hence, that is growing up..
